South Briar Rental Information

The South Briar Clubhouse is available for rental for South Briar residents. This is a great place to have kids birthday parties, graduation events, meetings, etc.

The process to rent the clubhouse is very easy. First, please check out the ‘Calendar’ under the ‘Community’ tab in the above menu for availability. If available, please click here to print out the ‘Facility Rental Agreement.’ This document will explain the necessary information South Briar needs in order to accept the rental and how much your event will cost. Please mail completed form, deposit and rental fee to:

Rentals are on a first-come first-serve basis upon receipt of agreement.
