Clubhouse

The South Briar Clubhouse is available for rental for South Briar residents. This is a great place to have kids birthday parties, graduation events, meetings, etc.

If you would like to rent the clubhouse for a private event, please see the calendar here and check for availability.

If available, please click here to print out the ‘Facility Rental Agreement.’ This document will explain the necessary information South Briar needs in order to accept the rental and how much your event will cost. Please mail completed form, deposit and rental fee to:

Pool

All South Briar Residents are able to utilize the South Briar pool. Everyone is required to sign in at the guard station and may be requested to show an I.D. Pool Rules are posted at the pool and residents and guests are required to follow the rules or they will be asked to leave the facility. Please enjoy the pool facilities and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Property Manager at (713) 466-1204.

For Pool rentals, please complete the SBCA Facility Rental Agreement. NO Parties over 15 total guests during pool hours. In addition, contact Sweetwater Pools at 281-988-8480 to book lifeguards and pay their rental fees, as well as the HOA rental fees will be applied.

Be sure to confirm the rental dates, prior to mailing in documents to Request@BRMTexas.com for availability.

Tennis/Pickleball Courts

The four tennis courts have had face lifts in 2016 & 2017 by being resurfaced and getting new nets and accessories! The two north courts are day use only, due to electrical issues and costs to repair.

The South Briar Tennis/Pickleball Courts are available for use by South Briar residents and their guests. In order to use the tennis courts, residents must login to the website and complete the Tennis/Pickleball Court Access form. Once read, completed and submitted, the code will be provided immediately for your access.

The courts are for South Briar residents and their accompanied guests only! They are not for use of non-residents nor for providing lessons. If it is found that a resident has provided access to a non-resident, the resident may forgo their right to utilize the courts in the future.

Playground & Park

The South Briar Playground and Park are for use of the residents and their guests. Please play safe and watch your children at all times. The park hours are dawn to dusk, and it is located at 1708 Crystal Hills.

Please do not allow children to put playground rocks, sticks etc. down the sewer drains, pool backwash pipes etc. The repairs to these items costs all residents!
